Common questions
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free in Colombo district. For other districts, it is Rs. 500 for spare parts and Rs. 1,000 for each purifier.
How can I pay?
You pay online by card at checkout. We do not offer cash on delivery.
What warranty do I get?
Pureit Classic has a 6 month company warranty. Electric purifiers have a 1 year company warranty. If a spare part arrives damaged, return it and we give you a new one.
Which brands do you sell?
Pureit is our main brand. We also stock selected purifiers from other trusted brands.
Does Pureit Classic need electricity?
No. Pureit Classic 9L works without electricity and without a pipe line.
When do I change the Germ Kill Kit?
The 1500L kit purifies about 1,500 litres. The indicator on your purifier shows when it is time to change.
